DOMESTIC RETURNS

Kovet accepts returns on: unworn, unwashed, full price and most sale merchandise with original tags attached. Please send us an email at info@shopkovet.com notifying us you would like to return the merchandise. Returns must be received within two weeks after you receive the package. 

NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS:

Candles

Sale Merchandise marked at 50% off or more.

Swimwear (tops, bottoms, and one pieces)

Intimates (bras, panties, and bodysuits)

Jewelry (anklets, bracelets, body chains, necklaces, and rings, etc.) 

NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS" to receive a refund due to damage or defect. Please contact info@shopkovet.com to claim a defect.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to Kovet. Customer will be refunded to their original form of payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

NOTE: All international return shipments will be at customer's expense. 

Safely enclose the approved return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Seal your package and affix with shipping label of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at official location of specified carrier.

NOTE: Kovet strongly recommends using delivery confirmation on your return package, as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or late return packages.

FINAL NOTE:  All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns. 

KOVET SHOE RETURN POLICY

We will not accept returns on shoes with any visible scratches, stains or scuffed soles. Shoes must be returned in and with all original packaging.
